Just when you thought it was safe....

So your sitting at home with your new TV, It has a 1080 by 1920 resolution, you even spent a bit more on the better model. It has all the bells and wistles and you cant get a much better TV at this point. You bought a Blu Ray player and you feel even better that HD DVD lost the battle. It feels great to get rid of that pointless freeview box now built into your TV, and your setup you pretty content with.

*Insert smug here*

Well i hate to burst your future-proof bubble but theres even more to come. FreeSat is a new type of service avaliable for TVs, but unlike Virgin Media, Sky and BT Vision, its a built in service, yes, just like freeview. Panasonic will start to integrate them in their new 2009 range, which by the way will include TV's less than an inch thick and a contrast of 1000,000:1. FreeSat obviously works off of a setellite dish, is a free service and will feature HD channels. The new range will have an even higher resolution, approximately 2 by 4k pixels.

Dont say i didnt warn you...
